Terms of Service

CamUp (“the Service”) is digital live-host training software: lessons, simulated live sessions, automated scoring, and agency views of trainee results. It is not a job agency, consulting service, or employment offer. Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before you pay. Registering, paying, or using the Service means you agree.

Brazil users register with email and must keep their password safe. Do not lend your account for substitute practice or to inflate scores. You are responsible for loss caused by poor account care.

Personal training plans are a one-time purchase for a fixed number of days and a daily simulated-live quota. This is not a subscription and will not auto-charge every month. After payment succeeds, lessons, scoring, and that day’s quota are enabled and the digital service is treated as delivered.

Quota only counts time in the simulated studio from READY until you end the live. Lessons, prep, replay, and scores do not use quota. Unused time does not roll to the next day and is not paid out as cash.

Confirm the plan before you pay. After the digital training is enabled, fees are generally not refunded. Choosing the wrong plan, not practicing, changing your mind, or leftover quota are not grounds for a refund.

We will refund or re-enable access after we verify only if:

• you paid but the plan never turned on, or the same order was charged twice;
• a Service outage made simulated live completely unusable for the whole valid period, and we could not fix it in a reasonable time.

Simulated lives use your camera and microphone and may create transcripts, scores, replay, and audio. Results are for training and agency screening only. They are not an official certificate or a promise of a job.

Do not upload illegal, infringing, or other people’s private content. Do not disrupt others or game scores. We may suspend clearly abusive accounts.

The Service is provided “as is.” Network issues, browser limits, or denied device permissions may affect recognition and scoring. We do not guarantee training outcomes, going live on a platform, or being hired.

If these Terms change, we will update the date on this page. Keeping using the Service after a material change means you accept the new Terms.
