Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CamUp collects, uses, and keeps information about you. Using the Service means you understand this processing. Paid use is also governed by the Terms of Service.

To run the training camp we may process:

• Account: email (or phone where offered), hashed password, nickname and profile you enter;
• Plan and quota: plan tier, activation time, simulated-live minutes used each day;
• Practice records: session times, speech transcripts, scores and comments;
• Audio and video: camera and microphone you allow in simulated live, plus replay and recordings generated from them;
• Device and logs: browser type and approximate visit time, for support and security.

We do not ask for your ID number or bank card number. Payment is completed on a third-party checkout page.

We use this information to open your account, meter time, score and replay sessions, show your progress, and—if you allow it—let an agency see results. Speech recognition may call a transcription provider only to finish that session. We do not sell your practice videos to advertisers.

Before simulated live, the browser will ask for camera and microphone permission. You may refuse, but then you cannot finish that session. After you leave the studio, we do not keep capturing video or audio.

Payments are handled by a third-party processor; we do not receive full card numbers. Speech recognition may run on a vendor’s infrastructure. Those services have their own terms.

Practice records and replay are kept until you no longer need them, you close the account, or the law requires a longer period. You can update profile data under Account. To access, correct, or delete account data, email support@gocamup.com. After deletion we stop using the data for training, except records the law requires us to keep.

The Service is for adults who want live-host practice. If you are under 18, use it only with a guardian’s consent.

If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page. Read it again before you pay or keep practicing.
